Description
"Biała Kiełbasa" is one of the most recognisable types of Polish sausages! Loved throughout Poland and in Polish homes all over the world, it is boiled, baked, grilled and often added to soups, stews and other Polish dishes. It is great on its own when served with grated horseradish, brown Polish mustard and ćwikła (a mixture of grated beetroot and horseradish). Polish pickled cucumbers and marinated mushrooms are also excellent additions, as is good, substantial Polish rye bread.
Our fresh white sausage has all the flavour and tradition you would expect from this staple Polish product fresh, rustic and unsmoked, it is made from selected pieces of tender pork. It is seasoned with salt, garlic and a touch of marjoram. In Polish families all over the world, white sausage is a traditional Easter delicacy, although it also tastes great at any other time of the year!
